Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 20/11/2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered by Shree Ram Printing Press, Tapukara, District Alwar (Rajasthan). By using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are only accepted before the work has started.
  • Once designing, printing, fabrication, or any production process begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances after confirmation.
  • For cancellation requests, customers must contact us via call or email immediately.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is requested before any work has started.
  • If raw materials have already been procured for the customer, the cost of materials will be deducted.
  • No refund will be issued once the designing, printing, or fabrication work is in progress.
  • For advance payments, only the remaining balance (after deductions) will be refunded if eligible.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. No Refund Cases

  • No refund for wrong details, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • No refund for color differences caused by screen-to-print variations.
  • No refund for delay caused by courier services, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control.
  • No refund for customized products or special orders.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is only provided if the product delivered has a clear manufacturing/printing defect caused by us.
  • Customers must report any defect within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Proof (images or videos) may be required to verify the issue.
  • Replacement will only be done for the same product; no cash refund will be given.

5. Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.
  • If the package is lost in transit, the courier company’s policy will apply.
