• Delivery timelines depend on work type, volume, and availability of material.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier service, weather, or customer mistakes.
• Once the final product is delivered, any changes will be charged additionally.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Review and approve sample proofs before final printing.
• Ensure timely communication for queries or corrections.
• Any errors in the final output due to incorrect input by the customer are not our responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, and content provided by Shree Ram Printing Press are our property.
• Customers must ensure they have rights to use any third-party images or content provided for printing.
• We are not responsible for copyright issues arising from data provided by customers.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for any loss due to incorrect customer instructions.
• Service delays caused by technical issues or third-party vendors are beyond our control.
